Casa Helena is rented complete to individual parties.

The house is constructed in the traditional old style with stone walls inside and out. The ceilings are made with large chestnut beams and terra-cotta bricks and the floors are primarily 'Cotto,' a terra-cotta tile.

The 1600-sq.-foot house at Casa Helena has a kitchen fireplace, wine cantina, three charming bedrooms, air conditioned three up-to-date bathrooms, a loft for overflow of two people, a large fully equipped kitchen, an indoor pizza oven, a dining / living room, and a small library with many English-language books and travel guides. The garden has a spectacular view, outdoor eating area, and pool.

Casa Helena’s living room includes a more formal dining table and comfortable seating. There is a TV with satellite, as well as a DVD and CD player for your use. Also on the ground floor is a bedroom with two twin beds. On the second floor there are two bedrooms, including the master bedroom, which has two extra-long twin beds which are attached. One mattress is extra firm. The third bedroom has two twin beds that can be made up together or separately. Above this floor is the loft with two make-a-bed sofas and computer with internet capacity.

Upon arrival, guests will find a thoroughly clean house, complete with fresh towels, soap, bed linens and basic supplies of all kinds. Additional maid service during the week can be arranged at a minimal cost depending on the number of guests. Additional services, such as private tours, dinners, and wine or olive oil tasting, may be arranged.

Utilities are included in the rental price. Guests are welcome to enjoy wine made from our grapes and olive oil produced from the trees in our orchard. Please help yourselves to whatever fruit is in season!
